If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return any non-sale items for a full refund with the following terms: Products must be returned in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns beyond 15 days.

For returns or exchanges, contact info@tananasilk.com for assistance. Please include your order number. Once we have approved the return or exchange, the product may be shipped back. *Please do not ship product back prior to receiving approval, as the return or exchange will not be processed.

We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method since we cannot be responsible for returns that have not reached our warehouse. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment less the original shipping fees.
If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees to our facility, and shipping costs in resending the order, if applicable.
Please keep in mind that Tanana Madagascar products are completely made by hand. Each piece is unique. Small variations in size, shape, color, and finishing can be expected and characterize the natural beauty of our products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
