Showcase

Tanana Madagascar materials extend beyond traditional textile use, offering designers, artists, and architects a versatile medium rooted in nature and social justice. Made from sustainably harvested wild silk cocoons and raffia palm fibers in Madagascar, our materials are celebrated for their organic texture, natural translucency, and ability to transform across applications. In architectural and interior design, flattened silk cocoons have been integrated into glass panels, wall installations, and lighting elements, where they diffuse and create dynamic atmospheres that shift throughout the day. In fashion, their irregular structure and natural sheen inspire designers to move beyond conventional fabrics, resulting in textures that are richly dimensional and expressive. On exhibit, they explore themes of ecology, craftsmanship, and cultural identity in immersive and visually striking ways. This balance of innovation, sustainability, and aesthetic impact allows us to continually redefine how regenerative materials can be experienced in space, form, and design.
