Expanding our horizons: fruit drying!

Our Malagasy team has been busy coming up with some new ways to supplement their income and keep our products exciting! Their most recent innovation? A fruit dryer that they hope to use for mangoes and other delicious fruits. They plan to use this hand-built dryer to store fruit for themselves and their families for in between growing seasons, and maybe even to expand our commercial inventory. Keep an eye out for more updates on this front!
